How to borrow data from SWIFT in 4 easy steps
If, like me, you use a SWIFT modem to provide all your devices with internet, you don’t have to worry anymore about suddenly exhausting your data volume and not being able to recharge instantly, as you can now borrow data from SWIFT.
SWIFT recently announced that you can borrow data by calling their round-the-clock customer helpline; and here’s how:
- Call their helpline on 017101010 – it is available round the clock, so, even if you run out of data at midnight, you can always make a loan request.
- Provide your user ID – it is the 5-number ID you use together with your password to log in to their your account on their web portal.
- Request the amount of needed data – your account will be automatically credited from their back-end
- Restart your modem – restart your modem like you would normally do after you have recharged your account and you are good to go.
